Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater is a large volcanic caldera and a major part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania. It’s known for its stunning scenery, high concentration of wildlife, and as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its high density of animals, including the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, rhino, leopard, and buffalo).
